Cropsey Commercial leases 1,932 s/f at Riverfront Place to Eastman Hill Enterprises, Inc.
Tilton, NH James Cropsey of Cropsey Commercial Waterfronts brokered a three year lease with Eastman Hill Enterprises, Inc. for Suite 1 at Riverfront Place, 322 West Main St.
The suite consists of 1,932 s/f on the lower level fronting Main St. and overlooking the Winnipesaukee River.
Riverfront Place is an historic brick mill building renovation. The building is adjacent to Riverfront Park between exits 19 and 20 one mile off I-93 from either exit.
