Cruz of The Stubblebine Co. brokers $4.6m sale to Heavenly Investments

Methuen, MA Danny Cruz, senior advisor at The Stubblebine Company/CORFAC International represented the buyer, Heavenly Investments, in the purchase of 25 Calumet Rd., for $4.6 million. The property totaled 28,754 s/f of existing industrial distribution space on 1.99 acres.

The seller of the property was Donahue Bros. who were represented by Mike Harrington of Harrington & Company.

Cruz said, “We are grateful to Heavenly Investments for allowing us to serve them in the purchase of this quality asset. As always, our friends at Heavenly Investments were professional and extremely easy to work with. Also, many thanks to Mike Harrington for being an outstanding partner.”
