Estes steps down at The Boulos Co. - Stephenson and Francombe promoted

Portland, ME After 21 years with The Boulos Company, Jessica Estes is moving on. Estes joined the company in 2003 and became president in 2022. Since 2008, she has held various management positions, overseeing significant advancements in the company’s technology, shareholder program, and broker support model. She also played a key role in guiding the firm’s recent relocation to an office at One Portland Sq.

“I’m delighted to have hired and trained many of our 33 co-workers over my career with Boulos,” Estes said. “This team’s passion is inspirational; they are extremely dedicated and just fun to be around. From the brokers to the operations team and our clients and associates, I am surrounded by inspiring, genuine, hard-working people, and that will be the hardest part to leave.”

The Boulos Company will be elevating Topher Stephenson from VP of marketing & operations to managing director. Micki Francombe, presently VP of administrative operations has been promoted to senior VP of administrative operations.

“Both Topher and Micki have years of experience with operations at Boulos, and the firm is in very capable hands,” said Estes.
