CT chapter of CCIM hosts mid-year commercial real estate symposium

The CT Chapter of CCIM held its mid-year commercial real estate symposium (Economic & Commercial Real Estate Development Trends) on July 24th at The Great River Golf Club. Dr. Hugh Kelly, NYU Schack professor of economics, was the keynote speaker followed by a panel discussion with developers Robert Scinto, Bob Landino and David Sessions. Michael Goman served as moderator. The symposium was sold out with over 130 commercial real estate professionals, lenders, attorneys and related real estate services in attendance. CCIM Class CI 104, Investment Analysis for Commercial Investment Real Estate was held in White Plains, N.Y. on August 17th through August 20th. The next Connecticut chapter CCIM member meeting will be held on September 17th, at 5:30 p.m. at the Stony Creek Brewery in Branford. A Texas barbeque will be served. All are welcome.
