CT Commercial Alliance and The UConn Center for Real Estate 2017 Conference held October 12th

Hartford, CT The Greater Hartford Association of Realtors CT Commercial Alliance and The UCONN Center for Real Estate held it’s annual conference on October 12th at the Hartford Marriott Downtown. Over 130 people attended including several members of the CT chapters of CCIM and SIOR.
The speakers and panelists discussed the I-84 Hartford expansion, CT Fastrak, future Hartford Development and the present markets for office, retail, industrial and multifamily in the greater Hartford area.
