CTA Construction has broken ground on the new 20,000 s/f Dracut Town Hall designed by Johnson-Roberts Associates. The $9.3 million building replaces the existing 1893 town hall and provides municipal departments with a facility that is ADA accessible. Once construction is complete, the existing town hall will be razed. The project will be targeting LEED certification. Vertex Engineering is the owner's project manager.
In addition to serving as construction manager on the town hall, CTA Const. is also currently providing construction services for the $46 million renovations and addition to the Dracut High School.
