
Beverly, MA After more than four decades in downtown Salem, Cabot Wealth Management Inc. moved its headquarters to a custom-designed corner suite at Dunham Ridge business and innovation campus.
Located at 48 Dunham Ridge, the newly built space spans 6,700 s/f and features multiple conference rooms, private offices, and open collaborative areas designed to support both client meetings and team operations.
Cabot Wealth Management Inc. was founded in 1983 by Rob Lutts and is owned by a team of managing partners who have all spent most of their careers at the firm.
Cummings Properties’ in-house design and construction professionals collaborated with Cabot’s leadership to deliver a turnkey, tailored workspace.
“Our in-house design and construction expertise allowed us to refine the floor plan to realize Cabot’s vision and deliver the space ahead of schedule,” said Cummings’ vice president Stephanie Aitchison.
According to Aitchison, Cabot’s relocation to Dunham Ridge was a strategic one.
“The move positions the company in a growing Beverly business hub while providing its team with a modern, efficient workspace designed to support future growth,” said Aitchison.
48 Dunham Ridge features modern, energy-efficient construction and design as well as an adjacent 450-car parking garage. Fronting Rte. 128 just opposite North Shore Crossing, the campus also houses numerous on-site amenities, including a fitness room, convenience mart, daycare provider, and ample walking paths and green spaces.
Cabot’s new neighbors at Dunham Ridge include fellow business and financial services providers Cross Insurance, Duffy Insurance Agency, Beacon Benefits, Family Office Management Services, Park State Asset Management, BlueDoor Private Wealth, CODESYS, and MDC Associates.
