Cummings Properties signs Solutions for Living to 5,000 s/f

Stoneham, MA Solutions for Living, a provider of counseling and conflict resolution services, relocated to a 5,000 s/f office at 92 Montvale Ave. The nonprofit organization moved from its previous location at 200 Boston Ave. in Medford. Both buildings are owned by Cummings Foundation and operated – for its sole benefit – by commercial real estate firm Cummings Properties.

The business relationship between the Cummings organization and Solutions for Living extends back 20 years, according to Tony Spencer, Cummings Properties senior account manager. Spencer recently visited the Montvale Ave. office to present a personalized and engraved wooden captain’s chair in honor of Solutions for Living’s 20-year milestone.

The organization is also a two-time recipient of Cummings Foundation’s $100,000 for 100 grant program, which annually awards grants of $100,000 each to 100 nonprofits based in and serving communities in Essex, Middlesex, and Suffolk counties.

“This giving program would not be possible without the more than 2,000 client firms like Solutions for Living that choose to locate their businesses within the Cummings portfolio,” said Spencer. “It’s a pleasure to have such a longstanding relationship with an organization as well-respected and impactful as this one.”

Cummings Properties’ portfolio of 11 million s/f of space accommodates offices, healthcare facilities, labs, restaurants, retail storefronts, warehouses, co-working spaces, executive suites, and more. With a portfolio of this size and variety, the firm can meet almost any commercial real estate need from 150 square feet to 300,000 square feet. Its in-house experts in design, construction, and property management offer “one-stop shopping” for leasing clients.
