Curtis, a New Hampshire certified appraiser, has an expansive background in appraising all types of commercial real estate. Crafts Appraisal welcomes his significant experience appraising marinas and industrial properties.

John Crafts is the president of Crafts Appraisal. He is past chairman of the state Real Estate Appraisal Board, as well as past president of the Greater Manchester Board of Realtors. He has had numerous research articles published, and his work has earned him the Editorial Award from the Appraisal Journal.
