Cushman & Wakefield completes 328,232 s/f lease renewal for RSA

Cushman & Wakefield (C&W) completed a 328,232 s/f office lease renewal at 174 and 176 Middlesex Tpke. C&W's team led by Torin Taylor and Luis Alvarado, together with Richard Ruggiero, Matt Adams and Rory Walsh, represented the landlord, Mariner Bedford Woods, LLC. The tenant RSA, the Security Division of EMC Corp., was represented by Cresa Partners. "We are delighted to represent the interests of Mariner Bedford Woods in this highly substantial lease renewal which validates RSA's decision to continue to grow in Bedford," said Taylor.
