Mulroy of O'Brien Commercial Properties brokers $1 million sale

Yukon Holdings LLC has purchased 280 Ayer Rd. for $1 million from Jensam Realty. In 1982 Jensam Realty built the brick office and flex building for Manchester Corp., (a related waste water engineering firm). The two story multi-tenant building is situated on a 3 acre commercially zoned lot of land in the Ayer Rd. business district. Paul Mulroy, vice president of O'Brien Commercial Properties represented the buyer in this transaction and Eric O'Brien, president of O'Brien Commercial Properties represented the seller. In addition Hi-Temp Coatings Inc. has signed a lease at Mill Pond Sq. in Maynard with owner Lexvest Partners, LLC. Hi-Temp Coatings plans to remain in Boxborough and will be relocating its materials testing lab from Acton into 3,408 s/f space at 63 Great Rd. in Maynard. Lexvest was represented by O'Brien Commercial who also procured the tenant. in this long term lease transaction.
