Cushman & Wakefield completed a 6,000 s/f office lease at 112 Turnpike Rd. Cushman & Wakefield's Stephen Woelfel and J.R. McDonald represented the tenant, RedTail Solutions, Inc., which is relocating from 69 Milk St. The landlord, Cornerstone Real Estate Advisors, was represented by Richard Barry Joyce & Partners. "We are delighted to assist RedTail Solutions, a leading technology provider, in the selection of its new space for its main office less than a few miles from its existing facility in Westborough," said Woelfel. "Its decision to remain in the immediate vicinity speaks volumes about the quality and location of 112 Turnpike Rd." 112 Turnpike Rd. is an 85,000 s/f class A office building located in Westboro Executive Park with frontage along Rte. 9 near I-495 and the Massachusetts Tpke.
