American Holt, a leading supplier of aftermarket parts to food, beverage, packaging, converting and consumer goods industries, signed a long-term lease for warehouse and distribution space. Today, four-out-of-five of the world's largest food and beverage companies purchase American Holt replacement parts to significantly reduce inventory costs and minimize machine downtime.
Elliot Ravech, president and Dennis Nolfi, vice president, both of Elliot & Co., represented the landlord, CMI Property. American Holt represented themselves in the transaction.
