Additionally, because of its thorough information package, starting with a clear and concise Offering Memorandum, Cushman & Wakefield located and worked with the buyer, 265 West 34th Street, LLC.

At 95% leased, over 36% of the net rentable area consists of tenants that have held leases with the property for ten years or longer.
