According to RFR Realty LLC, owner and manager of a seven-building, 1.8 million s/f Class A Stamford office portfolio, Korn Ferry, one of the world's largest executive recruiting firms, leased 12,347 s/f at One Canterbury Green.
Korn Ferry signed a 10-year lease and will move into space in the 14-story building, which is comprised of 224,000 s/f of Class A office space. Korn Ferry relocated from 695 East Main St. to its new location in December.
"After a year-long evaluation of opportunities in downtown Stamford, One Canterbury Green was the best fit for our clients and our company," said Julie Goldberg, office managing director of Korn Ferry. "It is a well-located, professionally managed property with terrific amenities."
Gregory Frisoli, senior director, and Michael DeSantis, executive vice president of Cushman & Wakefield, represented Korn Ferry. The landlord was represented internally by Margaret Carlson and Joseph Artusa, RFR Realty's Stamford portfolio directors, in conjunction with the building's leasing agents, Cushman & Wakefield's Paul Kauffman, executive director, and Brian Scruton, associate.
We're excited to welcome both Korn Ferry to our tenant mix," said Artusa. "Our portfolio of properties has enormous appeal for tenants because of central business district location, easy access to the Stamford Transportation Center, competitive rents, new property renovations and unsurpassed tenant amenities."
Built in 1987, Canterbury Green is located on the corner of Suburban Ave. and Broad St., directly across from the Stamford Town Center, and close to I-95, the Merritt Pkwy. and the broad array of downtown Stamford's restaurants, hotels and shopping.
