Theroux of Drubner brokers 4,300 s/f lease
David Theroux, managing partner of Waterbury-based Drubner Commercial Real Estate, has completed the following transaction.
Belle Cosmetology has leased 4,300 s/f at 27A South Commons Rd. The facility has been completely fitted out for the training of adults interested in becoming licensed as a hair stylist/cosmetologist in the state of Conn. The landlord is Industrial Development Group of Waterbury.
Theroux represented both parties.
