Cushman & Wakefield signs two at High Ridge Park

Cushman & Wakefield has added two new firms to the roster of tenants at High Ridge Park Corporate Center, a six-building Class A office complex. M2 Media Group, LLC leased 2,992 s/f in Building 5. The company, a leading magazine subscription agency specializing in online marketing channels, leased a pre-built unit on the second floor of the building. Greenwich Alternative Investments, LLC, a leading pioneer in hedge fund related investment products and services, leased 2,938 s/f on the second floor of Building 4. Cushman & Wakefield's Steve Baker, senior director; Stuart Romanoff, executive vice president; Chris O'Callahan, senior director; and Adam Klimek, associate director; represented both tenants and serve as the leasing agents. They represented the property co-owners George Comfort & Sons and RREEF Real Estate.
