Scafati of Press/Cuozzo sells 121,750 s/f distribution center for $3.6m

According to Stephen Press, SIOR, co-principal of Press/Cuozzo Commercial Services, 166 and 188-200 Prestige Park Rd. has been sold to 55 Pent Highway Associates, LLC. The 121,750 s/f distribution center is comprised of two buildings - 40,000 s/f and 81,750 s/f - situated on two acres. The facility is fully sprinklered and includes eight tailgate loading docks, 27 ft. ceilings, rail active, and access to major interstates. The sale value of the transaction was $3.6 million. The new owner, a New Jersey tire distributor, entered the New England market eight years ago when it purchased a 36,000 s/f distribution facility in central Connecticut. Albert Scafati of Press/Cuozzo Commercial Services represented the buyer. Nicholas Morizio, SIOR of Colliers, Dow & Condon represented the seller, A&M Cohen and Family.
