According to Cushman & Wakefield, two new deals were signed at Lee Farm Corporate Park (83 Wooster Heights Rd.). With the addition of two new tenants, occupancy at Lee Farm has increased to 86%.
Sigmund Software, a leader in electronic health record software specializing in psychiatric, behavioral health and addiction treatment facilities, leased 10,004 s/f; and Concentrix, a global service and technology provider, leased 2,776 s/f. Sigmund Software is relocating from 2505 Carmel Ave. in Brewster, N.Y., while Concentrix is establishing its first Connecticut office.

As the exclusive leasing agent, Cushman & Wakefield's Meredith Siburn, director, represented the landlord, Lee Farm Partners, LLC, a joint-venture between Summit Development of Southport, Conn. and the Grossman Companies of Quincy, Mass. Sigmund Software was represented Sam Finnerman, principal, Hudson Commercial Real Estate and Concentrix was represented by Jeffrey Williams, executive managing director and Hollis Pugh, associate, Colliers International.

Since becoming Lee Farm's exclusive leasing agent, Cushman & Wakefield has attracted several prominent new tenants that have yielded a 26% increase in its occupancy rate and more than 57,000 s/f of new leases.
