Cushman & Wakefield/Hayes & Sherry leases 216,000 s/f in 18 months at Hobbs Brook Real Estate’s Northwoods

Johnston, RI Hobbs Brook Real Estate (HBRE), a developer, owner, and operator of premier office properties across the United States, made known that Northwoods, a three-story, 319,774 s/f, Class A, LEED Gold-certified office building located at 1301 Atwood Ave., has completed nearly 216,000 s/f of new leases and renewals over the past 18 months, including the largest new office lease in the market in 2025 at over 71,000 s/f. The property is 96% occupied and achieved the highest leasing velocity in the market during that period.

Cushman & Wakefield/Hayes & Sherry represented the landlord (HBRE) in all of the transactions.
