Storti of Sweeney Real Estate & Appraisal facilitates $210,000 sale

117 Metro Center Boulevard - Warwick, R.I.

Warwick, RI Evan Storti of Sweeney Real Estate & Appraisal negotiated the sale of 117 Metro Center Blvd., Unit 18. Storti represented the seller, 1007 Metro Center, LLC, and Leeds Michael IV of MG Commercial represented the buyer, Michael Integlia & Company.

Integlia & Co., who originally developed the Metro Center Condominium complex, recognized this as an opportunity to re-acquire a unit from the development and add it back into their portfolio. The property was sold for $210,000.
