Cutler of RE/MAX Andrew Realty Services brokers $1.85 million sale
Scott David Cutler, RE/MAX Andrew Realty ServicesMedford, MA Scott David Cutler, a Realtor/sales associate with RE/MAX Andrew Realty Services, brokered the sale of 340 Middlesex Ave., the site of the former Johnson’s Transmission Company. The free standing building is 7,248 s/f and is sited on a 38,407 s/f lot. The property was sold to Barrett Tree Service for $1.85 million.
Cutler is also the exclusive leasing agent for 55 Concord St., North Reading, the former site of Comcast.
