Wason Associates completes sale of the Valley Inn

Waterville Valley, NH Wason Associates completed the sale of the Valley Inn. The sale price was undisclosed. The Valley Inn is one of the most visible hospitality properties in the very popular Waterville Valley resort. It offers 40 guest rooms, a landscaped in-ground pool, library off the lobby, game room, guest laundry and a classic apres’ ski lounge, bar and restaurant for seating of 100 guests. There are also two conference rooms to accommodate a total of 80 people on the second level.
