C&W Services completed renewal of Cleaning Industry Management Standard certification from the International Sanitary Supply Association

Boston, MA C&W Services completed the renewal of the company’s Cleaning Industry Management Standard (CIMS) certification from the International Sanitary Supply Association (ISSA), a leader among trade associations within the cleaning industry. Additionally, the company was given the CIMS Green Building designation, with honors, demonstrating the organization’s capability to help customers achieve LEED EB: O&M points and act as a partner with them in the LEED process.

The certification was awarded to all of the sites within the company for the 10^th consecutive year. The certification process consists of a thorough examination, including written documentation of cleaning protocols, a formal presentation of company processes and procedures and client site audits to ensure candidates provide consistent, high-quality services to clients.

“While the team that coordinated the CIMS certification process did an amazing job, the real story is in the ability to deliver consistent service across 600 million s/f nationwide, every day,” said Holly Borrego, senior director of cleaning for C&W, who accompanied the ISSA assessor on his visits to each of the 13 C&W Services sites.
