Cyrier, West and Maker of MANSARD sell 62,000 s/f flex building for $5.4 million

Flex building at 300 Wildwood Avenue, Woburn, Mass. 300 Wildwood Avenue, Woburn, Mass.

Woburn, MA Jeremy Cyrier, CCIM, Howard West and David Maker of MANSARD represented Cedar Grove Apartments, LLC  in the purchase of 300 Wildwood Ave. from Wildwood Property, LLC.  The flex building was over 90% occupied at the time of sale and occupied by tenants such as the TRC Solutions and the Catherine Hinds Institute of Esthetics.

The property offers the opportunity to participate in the area’s flex market, which is experiencing occupancy rates north of 96.1% in the 10,000 to 80,000 s/f range, with rents currently averaging $9.59 per s/f in this supply constrained market.
