D'Amato joins CB Richard Ellis' Capital Markets Team as VP

CB Richard Ellis (CBRE) hired Travis D'Amato as a vice president with the Capital Markets Team where he will focus on multi-family investment sales His past experience includes the sale of $650 million in multi-housing transactions as well as the leasing of large-scale luxury apartment communities.   "I am confident that Travis will make meaningful contributions to our team," said Bill Moylan, executive vice president/partner and head of CBRE's Mass. Capital Markets Team. "His knowledge of the multifamily business through his past experience will add terrific value for our clients." Prior to joining CBRE, D'Amato worked for Apartment Realty Advisors and WinnResidential, where he brokered multi-family real estate transactions. He received his B.A. from Dartmouth College where he was a member of the National Society of Collegiate Scholars and served as the vice president of the Dartmouth Chapter Community Service Program.  D'Amato is a licensed real estate salesperson in Mass., R.I. and N.H..
