Dacruz and Shea of Shea Commercial completes Hobbs $220,000 purchase

Hobbs Sign Co. has purchased an additional 1,830 s/f industrial condominium located at 40 Lowell Rd., Rte. 38 for $220,000. Owned and operated by Olivier Hobbs and his son, Andrew, Hobbs Signs specializes in commercial signage, sign repair and advertising specialties. The additional space was acquired to accommodate Hobbs Sign Co.'s new truck lettering service. Hobbs Sign Co. is an exclusive provider of Dunkin' Donuts and Rite Aid signs in parts of New England. The transaction was handled for JJ & H Lowell Rd., LLC and Hobbs Lowell Rd., Unit 8, LLC by Ozzie Dacruz and Harry Shea, Shea Commercial Properties, Inc.
