Dalton and Hines of FHO Partners represents ZOLL Medical in 220,000 s/f lease at Quorum Office Park

FHO Partners completed a 220,000 s/f lease agreement for ZOLL Medical Corp. ZOLL chose to grow its footprint at Quorum Office Park, located at 269 - 271 Mill Rd., following the expiration of its existing sublease at the same facility. ZOLL's lease represents one of the largest commercial real estate transactions in suburban Boston in 2010. Partners Michael Dalton and Brian Hines of FHO Partners' Corporate Advisory Services Group represented ZOLL in the transaction. The landlord, Boston Properties, was represented internally by vice president Stacey Baker. Quorum Office Park is a class-A, 259,918 s/f research and development facility located on 26 acres bordering Manning State Forest. The complex is situated adjacent to the interchange of Rte. 495 and Rte. 3 in the northern metro suburban submarket of Boston. "Quorum Office Park provided the excellent location and amenities we needed to position ZOLL Medical for success and growth during the term of our first lease," said Michael Cole, vice president of operations. "Thanks to our team at FHO Partners and our landlord Boston Properties for facilitating a lease agreement that positions us for success for years to come." "The products manufactured by ZOLL Medical help save lives when an immediate response is required and there is no time to transport the sick or injured to hospital," said partner Michael Dalton of FHO Partners. "We worked hard to secure an attractive lease agreement for ZOLL, so the company can translate the efficiency of their operation into groundbreaking R&D programs that ultimately save lives." "ZOLL Medical has grown over 40% with Boston Properties over the past eight years and we are honored that they chose to maintain their life saving operations at Quorum Park," said vice president of leasing Stacey Baker of Boston Properties. "We look forward to their continued success supported by Quorum Office Park's high performance work space and central location."
