According to Cushman & Wakefield, the firm has completed a new lease at the Bank of America Building on behalf of Farley White Manchester, LLC. The lease marks the relocation of Renesys' Headquarters office. Cushman & Wakefield's director Denis Dancoes, executive director Thomas Farrelly and senior associate Sue Ann Johnson represented the landlord, Farley White Manchester, LLC. The tenant, Renesys, was represented by Lisa Morrison of Prolman Realty.
