The Dartmouth Co. brokers $51 million sale of 341 Newbury Street - exclusively represents the seller, Danker & Donohue Garage Corp.

Boston, MA The Dartmouth Co. has completed the sale of 341 Newbury St., located in the city’s Back Bay neighborhood. 

The Dartmouth Co. exclusively represented the seller, Danker & Donohue Garage Corp. and procured the buyer, who prefers to remain anonymous. The sale closed for a price of $51 million. David Smookler and John Roche of The Dartmouth Co. were the brokers on the deal.

The 49,000 s/f six-story building includes a full basement and is currently leased to Uniqlo and SLT and includes a 98-space parking garage.

Uniqlo opened its doors on Newbury St. in the fall of 2016 with SLT joining late 2017.

Founded in 1991, The Dartmouth Co. currently represents 2.7 million s/f of mixed-use and retail space and over 100 tenants throughout the Northeast and nationwide.
