Dartmouth Mall adds 3,150 s/f St@tus store to retail mix
Dartmouth Mall adds to its diverse retail mix with the opening of St@tus. The 3,150 s/f clothing store, located near the mall's GNC, offers contemporary, urban fashions for men and also specializes in custom airbrushing and clothing design. St@tus' selection of popular name brands includes Sean John, COOGI Australia, Stacy Adam Collection and much more.
"St@tus is the first urban fashion store specifically catering towards men at Dartmouth Mall," said Beth Zager, mall marketing director. "We have a large demographic of shoppers that will enjoy the fashions St@tus has to offer, particularly with the teens and young adults."
Dartmouth Mall is a PREIT property. PREIT, founded in 1960 and one of the first equity REITs in the U.S., has a primary investment focus on retail shopping malls and power centers. Currently, PREIT's retail portfolio consists of 56 properties including 38 shopping malls, 14 strip and power centers, and four properties under development. PREIT's properties are located in 13 states in the eastern half of the United States, primarily in the mid-Atlantic region. PREIT is headquartered in Philadelphia, Pa.
