Dassault Systemes led an in-depth and strategic selection process to put together a world-class team to create its new Boston Campus. Each firm is highly regarded for its pioneering philosophy and technical ability to design and construct efficient, flexible workplaces that support firm culture and enhance organizational performance.
The 203,666 s/f class A interior office space was designed by Elkus Manfredi Architects, with Columbia Construction providing preconstruction and construction management services for the interior build-out, and AHA Consulting Engineers designing the MEP/FA and providing sustainability consulting and LEED administration. The project is located in the LEED Gold Certified building which is managed by Hobbs Brook Management. Other members of the project team include: Margulies Perruzzi Architects - base building architect, Jones Lang LaSalle - project manager, and Symmes Maini & McKee Associates - engineer for data center and computer lab. The project achieved the highest level of LEED Certification, Platinum, in September 2013.
