David named director at Elaine Construction

Elaine Construction has appointed Mark David as director. A construction and real estate leader with 28 years of experience, David joins Elaine's executive leadership team and will work with the company's clients and staff on strategy, operations and project process initiatives. Prior to joining Elaine, David's experience includes serving as president of Jones Lang LaSalle Construction, leading the business nationally. Over the past 17 years with JLL, his experience in commercial ground up construction and tenant improvement projects includes award-winning buildings for both corporations and commercial developers. Through ongoing leadership roles in the industry and his successful construction management counsel, David has developed a strong network of owners, real estate executives and architectural partners. "Mark's personal integrity and dedication to clients fits so well with our culture and our style of working," said Lisa Wexler, Elaine Construction president. "His reputation as an industry leader and strategic advisor is built on his ability to understand the business needs and aspirations that are a crucial part of every building project." David currently serves on the board of directors and the executive committee of the Associated General Contractors of Massachusetts (AGC MA). He is a past president and director of the Mass. Building Congress. He has been an active member of the AGC, CoreNet Global, NAIOP, IFMA and BOMA. He holds a BS in Business Administration from the University of Lowell.
