Davis Marcus purchases retail space for $3.5m

Davis Marcus Partners bought a 25,852 s/f retail building for $3.5 million from APCA TSI LLC. The building in located on 750 Union St., and is fully leased to the Boston Sports Club. NAI Hunneman Commercial, represented the seller, APCA TSI LLC and procured the buyer, Boston-based Davis Marcus Ptrs., formerly known as the Davis Cos.
