SSG Development begins construction of $12m, 114,000 s/f self storage facility
According to Gerald Cohen, manager of SSG Development LLC, they have commenced construction on a 114,000 s/f, 4 story, fully climatized self storage facility along the Mass Pike at 156 Lincoln St.
The facility will be fully climatized and have state-of-the-art security and office area, elevators, and on-site parking. The four story building is being designed by BL Companies of Meriden, Conn. and constructed by SSG Construction LLC. The facility will be open in February. The project is being financed by The Washington Trust Company in Providence, SSG Dev. currently has 8 additional projects in New England and Florida in various stages of approvals.
