William Dawson has joined Tighe & Bond as a senior project manager.
A civil engineer, Dawson brings 32 years of experience in water and wastewater system improvements and construction administration services to Tighe & Bond clients. During this time, he has served a wide range of New England municipalities and water suppliers. His expertise includes the study, design, permitting, construction administration and start-up of building and infrastructure facilities for numerous water distribution, wastewater collection and treatment systems. Over his career, Dawson has been involved with the design and construction of more than 20 municipal water and wastewater treatment facilities.

A resident of Cumberland, ME, Dawson earned his bachelor of science in Civil Engineering from the University of Maine at Orono. He is also a member of the Maine Water Utilities Association.
