The Dolben Company, Inc. assumes management of Burnham Apartments and Enterprise Apartments

The Dolben Company, Inc. has assumed the management of Burnham Apartments and Enterprise Apartments, both located on Rantoul St. The properties are owned by Windover Development.
Burnham Apartments consists of 38 residential units, and was built in 2012. Enterprise Apartments consists of 45 residential units, with retail space located on the first level, and was built in 2014. Both properties are smoke-free and pet friendly, and offer one and two bedroom apartment homes with high-end features, including granite or Silestone countertops, stainless steel appliances, and plank flooring.
Both Burnham Apartments and Enterprise Apartments have access to restaurants, entertainment venues, and retail, as well as the MBTA Commuter Rail. In addition, the Rantoul St. corridor is currently undergoing a number of improvements, including new sidewalks, trees, lighting, and bike lanes. These enhancements will help invigorate the city, as well as attract those interested in a pedestrian-friendly destination to live, work and play.
