DeBlois speaks at RIBA meeting
In its first meeting of 2010, the Rhode Island Builders Association's officers and directors listened on January 5th as Robert DeBlois, far corner at right, member of RIBA and the state Building Code Standards Committee, explained probable changes to the state building code, including a proposal to require fire sprinklers in new homes.
