Decade Q&A - Craig Way

February 24, 2010 - Spotlights

Craig Way is VP, director of leasing and acquisitions for The HB Nitkin Group, Greenwich, CT
What is your most memorable career experience from the past decade (2000-2009)?
Commercial real estate values will experience levels of distress not seen in the past decade. Reduced values will lead to buying opportunities that companies flush with cash will take advantage of thereby fostering more industry consolidation. There will be a significant pricing gap between distressed and stabilized assets which will provide plenty of opportunities for hands-on owners and managers who target value creation properties.
