What is your most memorable career experience from the past decade (2000-2009)?
The Book of Genesis discusses seven good years and seven bad years. This applies to real estate, which as we all know, is cyclical. Commercial real estate values will dip some more and then rebound over the next decade. There will be opportunities in areas near public transit such as Coolidge Corner in Brookline. Cities and towns will become more developer friendly in order to generate revenue from real estate taxes.
