Dennett of Elite Commercial Realty represents First Olympia Realty, LLC in the sale of the Olympia Theater in Worcester, MA
Worcester, MA Commercial representative Scott Dennett of Elite Commercial Realty represented First Olympia Realty, LLC in the sale of the closed 1,300 seat Olympia Theatre. Built in 1891, it is Worcester’s oldest theatre and is located at 17-27 Pleasant St.
KW Commercial’s Elite Commercial Realty was retained by the Olympia owner First Olympia Realty, LLC to sell the property.
The property was sold to a local family who has plans to restore the theatre.
