Dennis Mires, P.A., The Architects has completed a two story 30,000 s/f medical office building for St. Joseph Healthcare. The building will include exam rooms, physician office space, rehabilitation services, laboratory services, and general radiology services. It is constructed with a high performance envelope, uses a geothermal energy source for heating and cooling, maximizes daylighting, uses low flow plumbing fixtures, energy efficient lighting, reflective roof, and low VOC materials among other sustainable strategies.
