Pro Con Inc. completes 4,500 s/f design-build fit-up for Human Nature Natural Health at 155 Borthwick Ave.-West

Pro Con Inc. has completed a 4,500 s/f design build office fit-up for Human Nature Natural Health, a naturopathic medical clinic. The facility is located on the first floor of the newly expanded 155 Borthwick Ave - West, a Class A office building, which is convenient to I-95 and adjacent to the Portsmouth Regional Hospital. The newly-completed medical facility includes a reception area and patient waiting room, 15 treatment rooms, 3 physician offices, and a patient lounge. Treatment rooms are equipped for specialized natural therapies including physical medicine, oxygen based treatments, nutritional and cleansing therapies. A great amount of care and thought went into every aspect of the new facility to provide patients with a calm, clean, low-chemical healing environment. Low chemical construction was utilized to minimize chemical off-gassing and the office was designed with a bio-wall in duct UV air purifier which filters out 99% of the contaminants in the air stream. Pro Con Inc was the architect and the construction manager for the $500,000 design build project that was completed two weeks ahead of schedule. The Human Nature Natural Health office opened in January. Human Nature Natural Health is the new naturopathic practice of Drs. Ian Bier, Beth Devlin, and George Savastio, each of whom has extensive experience working in the Portsmouth area. Naturopathic doctors are state licensed and undergo a four-year post-graduate training program at accredited naturopathic medical schools. Their areas of training and expertise include nutrition, physical medicine, homeopathy and botanical (herbal) medicine.
