DeStefano & Associates, Inc. starts two projects
Gilford, NH DeStefano & Associates, Inc. (DAI) has started the construction of a new ground up Service Credit Union Bank. Colwell Group is the architect. Completion is expected this summer.
And in Sanford, DAI has started the renovation of a former bank building at Sanford Plaza into a new Starbucks. DAI will also be renovating existing space for a new Ollies and Harbor Freight space in the plaza.
Construction is expected to be completed in September. TAC Architectural is providing design services.
