Development Development Associates complete four leases totaling 15,000 s/f

Development Associates (Dev. Assocs.) recently leases over 15,000 s/f of space in Western Mass.: * Dev. Assocs. is completing a 1,350 s/f build out for McLeod & Dewey Associates. The local packaging company is growing and will being leasing an additional 1,350 s/f of high warehouse space in an adjoining unit at 630 2Silver St. * Great Eastern Energy has signed a lease with Agawam Silver, LLC to lease office space at 630 Silver St. Dev. Assocs. represented both parties in the leasing process. From Atlantic to Pacific, Great Eastern Energy now serves over 15,000 commercial and industrial accounts within thirty major markets across the United States. * Dev. Assocs. has completed the build-out of 8,000 s/f for Microtest Laboratories at their workspace at 68 Gold St. Microtest Laboratories is a leader in testing services and contract manufacturing for the medical device, pharmaceutical, and biotechnology industries. * Innovative Plastic Systems (IPS) is the newest tenant for Manchem, LLC. The company has leased 5,122 s/f of industrial space at 15 Third St. in the Palmer Industrial Park and Dev. Assocs. was the broker for both parties during the lease negotiations. Established in 1987, IPS has grown from a small service organization to a competent technical leader in machinery rebuilding, control upgrades and field service. Dev. Assocs. has been developing commercial and industrial property throughout the pioneer valley for over 30 years. The company has completed numerous major projects throughout the region and manages a 1.5 million s/f portfolio of property from North Haven, Conn. to Greenfield, Mass. including office, medical, industrial, automotive, high tech and warehouse/distribution properties.
