• Amerita, Inc. in 5,128 s/f;

• Garcia Hitting Academy in 6,482 s/f; 

• On Your Toes Dance and Theater, LLC, in 2,867 s/f;

• All Pro Productions, in 3,050 s/f; 

• Academy of Sports and Fitness Training, in 2,380 s/f; and 

• Champion Athletix, in 5,188 s/f. 

Greater Boston Commercial Properties recently put the property under contract to an investment group, scheduled to close on the 167,000 s/f acquisition in February.
