Bernie Diana of Levey Miller Maretz, LLC leased 3,000 s/f of warehouse and office space at 34 Panagrossi Circle to Michael Kaczynski, owner/president of OEM Design Services, LLC. Legal counsel for the landlord was Peter White, ESQ of Sidera and White, Attorney's at Law.
Levey Miller Martz, LLC was founded in 1963 and specializes in the sale and leasing of retail, office and industrial properties as well as the sale of investment properties and business opportunities.
