DiCenso Realty leases 40,000 s/f to Savers at Country Club Plaza
Savers, a for-profit thrift store chain, celebrated its grand opening at Country Club Plaza, located on Rte. 70 (Lincoln St.). Country Club Plaza is a 169,000 s/f community strip center featuring Bob's Discount Furniture, The Dollar Tree, Dots Stores, Rent-A-Center and Expressions.
The owners of the plaza, Country Club Plaza Associates, LLC recently completed renovations to the site. The center is located across from the 536,000 s/f Lincoln Plaza.
The new 40,000 s/f Savers store is part of the 215 store Savers chain.
Leasing for Country Club Plaza is being handled by DiCenso Realty Associates.
Beverly, MA Jay Goldberg, president and owner of Spire Investments has completed the purchase of four multifamily buildings. The 33-unit purchase amounted to a sale price of $9.2 million or $278,788 per unit. The properties are all located in downtown and consist of one- and two-bedroom units.
