CB Richard Ellis has facilitated the sale of 6 George Ave., a 37,140 s/f industrial facility, to Vulcan Electric Company for $1.52 million. CBRE's Roger Dieker, managing broker of the CBRE Manchester office, represented the seller, 6 George Avenue, LLC, an affiliate of Northern Electronics Automation, and procured Vulcan Electric Co., a manufacturer of circuits and thermal products.
