Dieker of CB Richard Ellis facilitates $1.52 million sale to Vulcan Electric Co.

CB Richard Ellis has facilitated the sale of 6 George Ave., a 37,140 s/f industrial facility, to Vulcan Electric Company for $1.52 million. CBRE's Roger Dieker, managing broker of the CBRE Manchester office, represented the seller, 6 George Avenue, LLC, an affiliate of Northern Electronics Automation, and procured Vulcan Electric Co., a manufacturer of circuits and thermal products. "This sale represents an excellent opportunity for both the buyer and the seller," said CBRE's Dieker. "Vulcan Electric was able to purchase a well-located and flexible building with just the right amount of office, manufacturing and high bay warehouse space, while the seller was able to free up much needed capital, downsize their business to smaller leased space and remain well-positioned for the next growth cycle." 6 George Ave. is situated on 2.74 acres directly adjacent to Manchester Airport. Built in 1970, the single-story industrial facility comprises a mix of office, manufacturing and high-bay warehouse space and totals 37,140 s/f. The property is located on the town line two miles from I- 293, 2.5 miles from I-93 and three miles from Rte. 3. About CB Richard Ellis CB Richard Ellis Group, Inc.
