Doorakian of NAI Hunneman arranges 4,644 s/f lease

NAI Hunneman recently brokered a 4,644 s/f office lease at 69 Canal St. in the city's Bulfinch Triangle area. National Telecommuting Institute signed a new lease for 4,644 s/f. The institute, known as NTI, will relocate its new headquarters to 69 Canal St. from 11 Arlington St. Bonny Doorakian, senior associate at NAI Hunneman, represented NTI in the transaction. Karyn McFarland and Matt Twombly of Grubb & Ellis represented the landlord, Raymond Property Company. "We are very pleased to find the perfect space for our client," said Doorakian. "The building is located in Boston's Bulfinch Triangle and is in very close proximity to North Station Commuter Rail, as well as the Green and Orange train lines. Raymond Property and Grubb & Ellis were extremely helpful and a pleasure to work with on this transaction."
